The building, off of Highway 17 South, is located at 1640 James Nelson Road within the Indigo Square Master Development. The three-story CubeSmart Indigo Square facility offers fully climate-controlled storage units, ranging from 5’x5’ units for holiday decorations, gear, and business documents, to the largest unit size of 10’x25’ for larger sized furniture and supplies. The facility is equipped with two, 40’x60’ covered loading areas on the north and south facing facades of the building, providing ease of access for customers.
The store is also equipped with multiple security features, including cameras, 24-hour DVR recording, and keypad access. With the combination of its state-of-the-art facility features and the professional assistance of CubeSmart’s onsite managers, the store aims to make the customers’ storage experience enjoyable and stress free.
The self-storage facility is part of the master development of Indigo Square in Mount Pleasant featuring new self-storage, multifamily, retail and hospitality projects. As the master developer, Johnson Development developed the self-storage and multifamily projects, and the team at affiliated company OTO Development constructed the hotel component. CubeSmart Indigo Square Self-Storage and The Haven at Indigo Square Apartments are now leasing, and the Home2Suites hotel opened in early December.
