DR. EMILY HALYis a board certified Internal Medicine physician with more than six years of clinical experience. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a dual major in Marketing and Organizational Behavior /Business Policy, Dr. Haly then received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
During her career she has worked in both primary care, as well as occupational health in the Charleston area. She has also been involved in many local media programs answering community healthcare questions on a variety of topics. Some of her areas of expertise include Vitamin D therapy, cholesterol management and urgent care medicine. Dr. Haly believes in listening to the concerns, thoughts and needs of her patients first. By speaking with them and understanding the whole issue, she believes it can lead to greater overall patient wellness.
One of the things that drew Dr. Haly to Paladina Health was the unique practice model of direct primary care. It will allow her the greatest opportunity to meet her personal and professional goals of providing great care for all of her patients.
In her free time she enjoys reading, running, sports of all kinds and spending time with her husband and four children. They love living in the Charleston area and she looks forward to working with the Town of Mt. Pleasant community.
